Get involved

Supporters

We’re always keen to work with partners and collaborators to extend the reach of our STEM work. There are many ways for organisations to get involved from providing representatives to attend our events, to providing site visits or sponsorship for one of our programs.

Please contact STEM Outreach if you are interested. We’d love to work with organisations that share our passion for STEM and want to share the great feeling you get from making a difference.

Teachers and parents

Curtin University has a wide range of useful resources to help teachers and parents instil a love of science in their children.

See the list of upcoming programs and activities to participate in.

Curtin students and researchers

Share your passion for science, technology, engineering or mathematics with the community. You may wish to consider volunteering at one of our events, or getting involved in one of our ongoing programs.

See our Programs and Events to find out what you can get involved in or sign up for any future opportunities.

Find a student club

Curtin has a wide range of student clubs, many with a STEM focus. From engineering to biomedicine, computer science to hackerspaces there’s a club for most interests.

Check out the guild website to find a club that suits.

Chemistry lecturers from the School of Molecular & Life Sciences, Dr Alexandra Yeung and Dr Mark Hackett, demonstrate experiments that link to the Year 12 Chemistry curriculum. These accompany the STAWA Exploring Chemistry Year 12 – Experiments, Investigations and Problems book.
